A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it's superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on.

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Stefania II have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa Stefania II is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

The property has just been completely renovated by its' new owners and the accommodation provided is comfortable and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is comfortable and elegant with French doors that lead to a private east facing terrace with a stylish seating area, water feature and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also a top quality outdoor sound system you can link your device to. The terrace can be covered if shade is required. Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area for washing and drying and further storage area.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with separate dressing area and superbly well-appointed marble bathroom suite with separate walk-in power shower cubicle; the whole room is finished in Travertine marble. Two other large and well decorated bedrooms on this floor (each with twin or double beds ) share a family bathroom.

On the upper are two additional en-suite bedrooms, one a twin (that can be put into a double) and the other has a Queen sized bed. Both have been furnished to the highest quality, with brand new furniture and fittings. There is also a sun terrace on this floor with brand new sunbeds and a sun shade if required. The terrace can either be accessed on the landing or via the double bedroom.

We provide fast and free 5G Wifi with speeds of up to 500mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over One thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning throughout and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
