The people involved with the company are constructors, architects, painters, electricians, plumbers, landscape designers, upholsterers, soft furnishing makers right down to the very important cleaners and maintenance service people.
Homecare Contracts: When you sign up to our Property Management service, you can rest assured we’ll care for your home as if it were our own.
Whatever type of property you own on the Costa del Sol, it’s important to make sure that it’s properly looked after when you’re away.
The maintenance of the property starts up from 50€ per month (excl. VAT) and includes the monthly check up of the property in case of absence of the owner, ventilation, empty the post box, watering the plants, supervision of repairs and control of the electric installations (leaks!)In my experience it is important to have someone taking care of the property , not only the cleaner!
Cleaning & Sanitizing
In these times, cleaning is the most important thing for our clients who come for a rest to Marbella. Your safety and well-being is our priority. I have created an Advanced Cleaning Protocol with my cleaning team, they are all professionals, who do the disinfection of the accommodation before their arrival and after. We also provide a COVID-19 kit that contains a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer for our tenants.
Maintenance Jobs
We preserve the top-notch condition of your property—especially if it’s subjected to holiday rentals (which mean a heavy foot traffic).
Whether your property is large or small, property maintenance should be considered an integral part of its overall protection and upkeep. MM-Marbellaestates will take care and be primarily responsible for fixing damage and replacing equipment, as well as replenishing any supplies necessary for the efficient operation of the property.

A property has many costs, MM-Marbellaestates can help you understanding the related costs and make them as low and efficiently as posible. We can get you the best providers for water & electrcitiy suppliers, as well as internet or any other supply you will need at your home to make it suit you.
Other Services
MM MARBELLA ESTATES offer a full range of services so that owners whose second residences are unocupied for most of the year can leave their properties in our good hands. At MM MARBELLA ESTATES we deliver a high level of expertise in property maintenance and management. For our homeowners we offer a yearly home care contract with safekeeping of keys, housekeeping and cleaning, laundry service, airport transfer, comprehensive garden maintenance and project service.
Agency Fees:
The commission is charged for the introduction of the client and the rental operation.
The maintenance of the property is for Apartments: 50€/ month + VAT Villas: 60€ / month + VAT
Registration of guests with local police as law requires: 5€/booking
